Shipping & returns

Should you notice that something is wrong with the delivery, or that visible damage has been caused by the carrier, please report this and ask the delivery person to make a note of it. This will make the warranty claim much easier for both you and us.

You can return your ordered products within 7 days only in their original packaging, without any signs of use or assembly! Should we find upon receipt that the returned products have not arrived in the required condition, we will return them to you immediately at your expense.

If the delivered products do not match your order, we will do everything we can to resolve this for you. Simply contact us to arrange this.
